Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of intensity of the dhikr to job stress and employees’ performance at privat universities in the area of Bantul Yogyakarta. This study uses Partial Least Square regression technique. Results show that there is a significant positive effect between the intensity of dhikr with employee performance, significant negative influence the intensity of dhikr to job stress, a significant negative effect between intensity of dhikr and job stress on employee performance.
